creative DMCs WORLD OF INCENTIVES (WOI) World of Incentives is a new marketing alliance of 34 international Destination Management Companies (DMCs) from 29 different destinations worldwide. Originally, World of Incentives was initiated by a group of members of WATA in Geneva, Switzerland. World of Incentives had been founded in order to promote the Incentive Section of well-established DMCs from all over the world. The group commenced its activities in 1995 and is growing constantly. A good partnership with WATA has been maintained and the two associations combine some of their marketing efforts. The President of the group is Richard D Muhl, Managing Director of Fert International, Geneva, Switzerland. The legal seat of the network is also in Geneva. All travel industry related marketing is performed by a common Marketing Office in Wurzburg, Germany: this way buyers can obtain basic information on the partner companies of WOI and their services at one single contact. Requests are then forwarded to the appropriate partner for further action. All services provided by the Marketing Office are free of charge and are designed to assist the incentive buyer by consulting him or her and saving time.
